A chapter that explains the design of the  spreadsheet
when you have written it. Tell the reader how you interpreted the data.
Explain to the reader what prompted you to input the data in this way.
Explain the design of your research so that the reader can look at the
spreadsheet and assess whether you are measuring what you think you are
measuring, and whether your analysis is a true reflection of the data
you have collected.

A spreadsheet without an explanation of the design, or a discussion of
the results, is just a page full of figures.
