I am a 45 year old carrier of OI.  Here is my problem, I can't find any information on carriers.  I'm starting to have real problems with loose joints.  Nothing I do will tone my muscles. I bruise easily.  I scar easily and I have been diagnosed with 3% thinning of my lower spine.  I tell my doctors that I'm a carrier of OI, and they just look at me blankly.  I'm sure they never take it into account.  Right now my big problem is my loose joints in my hips.  What are my options?
