Yes, I also have my black tets with some zebra danios living happily.  Cichlid semi-aggressives seems to tolerate the black tetras more than other tetras because of their (lack of) coloration.

yes they do! I have 5 guppies and 2 black empire tetras living in the same aquarium.  But guppies and beta's do not get along at all!

i think so some web sites say yes some say no i think it depends on the species.but i would think it would be ok just buy enough of each type like 5 guppies and 5 tetras
(they can be different species)so that they can have there own school and are not forced to hang around each other also make sure your tank has extra plents and ornaments so that they can hide from each other if needed bye
