regarding hd200 receiver. I cant get the wide 16 x 9 wide...

regarding  hd200 receiver. I cant get the wide 16 x 9 wide screen on Hd programs also all regular DT TV programs including HD have full screen verticaly and a large border on each side horizontly. All regular over the air DT and HD tv is normal. Do I have something hooked up wrong or do I have a defect in the HD200 receiver ?
