To start, a typhon is another name for a hurricane.  Hurricanes have 5 different levels of intencity, however the speed they go at on land is seldom higher than 120 km/hr.  The 5 hurricane levels are :
: 72 - 152 km/hr
: 153 - 176 km/hr
: 177 - 208 km/hr
: 208 - 248 km/hr
: more than 248 km/hr
