Which part of the USA did hurricane Isabel hit?

Hurricane Isabel cut a swath across the Mid-Atlantic States, more specifically North Carolina, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and West Virginia.  Once it passed over Pennsylvania and New York it weakened and eventually faded out.

EVERYONE talks/remebers "ISABELLE"..that was  just a STORM as she began(hit land) etc ...AND ONLY a  "storm" classification @ that(OF 1998? or 2001?...).both amouinted to nabout the same when/as they hit fla.  1st....a STORM...."DEPRESSION" MOVING 2 WAYS AGAINST THE MiDDLE...US BEING THE MIDDLE...HAHA...FLORIDA......MY QUESTION/ANSWER is thus..>>>>>>>>>>> WHY,(?)and "HOW does/did >>>>>>>>>>>> ALL FORGET the "BIG ONE"...THAT almost changed all our lives forever?...."FLOYYD" was (A CAT. 5...larger...but N.O.A.H.H. has no

THE LARGEST/WIDEST/ROUGHEST 'CANE to "EVER(APPEAR...AND)"THREATEN to DESTROY" 1/2 ,@ least, of  THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES? and veered(SWATHED) at the last mnnute/HOUR....(5:30am-5:50am)) there HAS NEVER---in ANY HISTORY---been an EVACUATION of the STATE FLORIDA,S.CAROLINA/ N.CQROLINA/GEORGIA/VIRGINA BEACH ETC...and ..the "depression/storm"...that followd,3-5  weeks later was named ...'Isabelle'... HURRICAN"FlOYD"....SEPT-OCT 1999....and georges...of 1998...and an "insabelle that followed that were far worse than the "depression" i believ e you are speaking of in 2001....thanks....BUT...REMEM,BER...YOIU SHOULD LOOK UP THE FAACTS ON FLOYYD IF THEY ARE STILL INTACT'........LATER   p...e    a    c    e
