puppy's seem to get the hiccups, due to getting to excited,or eating and drinking to fast.
most cases seem to go away when puppy becomes six months, but if problem consists ,the best advise is to take them to the vet, their might need to be a change in puppy's diet.

Call a vet and ask about it. Though it seems normal judging by the other answers, I'd still call just in case.
