I found an old Zloty banknote that has been removed from circulation, what can I do to redeem it's value if any?

To the best of my knowledge, the Zloty is illegal to possess outside Poland.  In your case, I would sell it and not try to officially redeem it.

I have three note of Poland .I want to exchange it . note is 10000zloty,5000zolty,100zolty on the of 1988

There is nothing illegal about possessing Polish money outside Poland and indeed it is readily available at most bureau de changes and banks.

Shouldn't there be something illegal about time wasters like Guthrie, who write bollocks statements such as "to my best knowledge" when they don't actually know the answer and just give misleading information?

Old Zloties were converted to new @ 10,000 : 1  in the early 1990's - so if your bank note is dated prior to then, it may have little value.
e.g. 100,000 old zloties are worth 10 current zloties - about 2.75 euros
