I heard the sentence "Don't fling the doowop Baby" in an adult movie. The female actress was referring to semen.

in the verse "there,s my shorty doowop", shorty doowop refers to a girlfriend, or a girl the artist would like to call his girlfriend

Everyone's right cause it's not a real term in rap. Doo wop is a style of music from the fifties (you know it, it has back-up singers that harmonize and say doowop a lot). Who said it? Figure out the city that rapper is from and see if any other rappers from there use that word there. Certain places really have terms that are all their own. For instance, I always think of New Orleans: a lot of people repeat their slang, but the rest of the south and US doesn't seem to share in it. Terms like "wodie" (actually "wardie" short for warden, I'm pretty sure, but everyone writes it "wodie"), or "blues'n somebody (giving the "the blues" by shooting at them or something. Again, I'm only white). Even "Ya heard me" is still New Orleans even though everyone says it. The only exception I can think of is "bling-bling," which is probably the most universally understood rap term, falling just behind "dis."

shorty doowop usually means a kid, thats what nas calls one kid in "one love" a song released in 1994, it is also sometimes said as shorty wop.  shorty doowop might also mean a female too ever since 'shorty' went from just meaning a kid to now usually a female.
