I have a 1993 Plymouth Sundance, 5 speed, 2.2 NO TURBO....

I have a 1993 Plymouth Sundance, 5 speed, 2.2 NO TURBO. After running a fuel system cleaner thru, it developed a very high idle. I do not have a tach, but if I had to guess, it would reach around 4000 rpm. Every once and a while it will idle close to normal, but then it goes back to a high idle.
