I have a 13 month old female miniture dachund.  My question is that anytime someone pets her or gets her excited she pees, is there anything to help with this?  It is an everyday problem in my home and I am very experienced in cleaning carpets I have to say.

My dachhund does this because she gets so excited to see someone thaat she really loves.  I would suggest that you take her out around a variety of people, and let her be petted and talked to.  Maybe if she becomes more social, she will calm down and not pee each time.

my 11 month old female dachund does this as well. we delt with the problem by notice before she piddled she would wriggle her bum. if your does your do this as well? if so whenever ours wriggled her bum we would ignore her. now 2 or 3 months later she has stoped it alot. there are still the little accidents but not as much.
