Do you need a liscense for tattoos in New Jersey and if so...

Do you need a liscense for tattoos in New Jersey and if so where can I find this info. on the internet.

you have to have 2000 hours of apprentice under a ceritfied tattoo artist to work on your own and in new jersey you have to have malpractice insurance in case something goes wrong they don't sue you and it is illegal to tattoo minors even with parental consent because malpractice insurance says contracts signed by minors are void even if an 18 year old person gets a tattoo and they are an adult they reserve the right to sue between the ages of 18 and 21 and you have to be registered with your local health department and do a blood born pathogen test
