I am on H1b visa and thinking of applying for my green card.I only have 2 more years on my H1b. If I start my own business,can I change my status so I can get green card sooner if any. I also own a house here if that helps. I want to bring my DAD and brother (25yrs age) here,which is the best way to bring them here. Me starting a business here,will that help them bringing here.Please help. Thank You
