I was cited by the Ontario Airport Police today.  The violation he cited is OMC 4-6.1701(b) Prohibited Parking.  I can't locate OMC on the internet.  He told me to move from the curb, and I replied that my wife and daughter were coming with their luggage (they were 20 yards from me).  He didn't respond and walked past me.  They were at the car in 30 seconds and I loaded their luggage into the trunk.  When I approached the driver's side door, he was in front of my car writing me a ticket.  I had to wait for him to complete it.  What is OMC?  Also, if I ignore the ticket, will it be reported to the DMV?  What could happen?
