I have a 89 Mazda 323 LX 1.6. there a 3 prong wire that...

I have a 89 Mazda 323 LX 1.6. there a 3 prong wire that connects to a fuel air type of module that sits right on top of the engine. I am getting no power from this wire at all. Is there a relay for this wire? and were does it come directly from? Thanks.
