Well, it depends on if you mind having a scar or not afterwards. Excision is the fastest - but you will no doubt be left with a scar. And I have heard it is quite painful. Laser and the fade away methods (tatbgone.com and tattoo-off.com) take about the same amount of time and actually have the same method of removing the tattoo - they both work by breaking down the ink. Laser can sometimes leave a bad scar though.

cut off the whole tattoo!  Tattoos are forever, unless u have a grip of money to pay to have it laser removed.
