i have a 92 pont grand prix getting to much fuel injecters...

i have a 92 pont grand prix getting to much fuel  injecters are good could it be coused by that little vac bowl on the fuel rail its useing gas like crazy 2 weeks ago it was trying to read the codes it ran out of gas when i put more in it it started up and ran fine for about 150 miles now its back the the same way it was running i was told there is an oring in that little bowl thats couseing it to get to much fuel but it can not be replaced have to change the hole rail
