I have a 1998 Chrysler Concord that I bought used in 2000.  Pretty much since the day I bought the car, it periodically has trouble starting.  It acts like it wants to but just doesn't. It has always started after several attempts or letting it sit 5-10 minutes.  It might not have this trouble for months then all of a sudden I will have trouble for a couple of weeks then no trouble. It seems to have this problem if I  turn the car off then need to start it back up after it sat for only a few minutes.  Whenever I take it somewhere all I ever hear is well its not doing it now, we can't help you if it is currently working.  Any ideas ?
