My cairn is 1 year old and since she was six months old she has been loosing her hair. Our vet diagnosed it as atopic dermatitis and has her on Atopia every other day. She does not scratch anymore but most all of her top coat has fallen out. I vacuum twice a day and get up to a cup of hair all together. We cannot take her in the car without putting sheets over the seats and where ever she sits, stands or lays there is always piles of hair. I have  had other dogs and never seen this much shedding of hair.  I think the vet does not know what to do with her now.  Help
