i have a 1990 cadillac deville 139000 miles it starts right...

i have a 1990 cadillac deville 139000 miles it starts right up idles good a little rough but not to bad gets a little worse when i turn on the ac but other than that starts right up..thats the begining of the problem when i go to drive it it drives fine tell i hit up hill or im at a dead stop i have to put my foot to the floor to get it going and when it gets going its takes a while to go i need help with the problem its like a bog if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated...everything works fine besides this when i sit there and let it idle its not a respnsive as it should be whe ni put my foot into it but it still will rev if i give it more gas im getting 2.5 miles to the gallon so something is wrong...
