What is a fiv e dollar bill dated 1929 and has The Citizens National Bank of Washington Pennsylvania on the left side. Also it has the numbers 3383 on the left and right side one going up and down the other sideways

Hi Cathy...you have a National Bank Note.From 1863-1935 certain National Bank issued there own currency.The number you refer 3383 is the charter number.When the bank was authorized to start business they were given a charter number by the US government.Your note in average circulated condition I would assume a value of $40 or so.
