i am an american citizen. i have been seperated for 7 years now she kicked me out of the house and took me to child support) . i want to get a divorce. i want to marry a dominican woman. my question is how long after my divorce do i have to wait before getting married in dominican republic. also how long before my new wife can come to the u.s..  what would be the procedure in doing all this. would i need a lawyer,  thankyou.
