Can i play Enchantments on other players? EX. Yawgmoth's Agenda, Just me or whoever I choose?

yes you can but Yawgmoth's Agenda is one of those ones that can only be cast on you, but with most other enchantments you can target others unless it says you.

most enchantments are yours, and yours alone, unless you can play something such as a donate and give it to another player. Illusions of Granduer is a good combo with donate
