I write all my code ,it is tedious and tiresome. I also use MAYA, and 3&4"D" visual studio. I'm in the process of designing a full leanth animated feature and a video game called Compuman 2053-2153 it has already been copywritten since 1970. It is the BOMB I've used interpolation before the MATRIX. My guide is CG 101 by Terrance Masson pg.365 also known as filling in the blanks.A MATRIX is strictly defined as a 2"D" array. MATRIX iperations commonly used in CG, however are actually four-dimensional.
