I need to locate all in-line fuses in the ignition and fuel system on a 1990 Buick Regal. It won't start. May have been jump started with plus to minus and minus to plus. new battery and fuel pump relay. I have spark. Engine cranks. When I sprayed carb cleaner in butterfly valve off air filter it almost started. I'm not getting fuel, maybe.
Help. I need to sell to give money to a worthy non profit in Arizona.
