I changed the fuse box on a 1999 Chrysler Cirrus with that of another 1999 Circus.  The car started and ran until I parked and locked it.  When I unlocked the door the Horn and lights went off and the car would not start.  I have tried all the suggested ways to turn the remote access off.  But nothing worked.  I then replaced the fuse box with the old fuse box and the horn and lights stoped but now the car wont start.  I have checked the fule relay and fuse.  The car will start if starting fluid is sprayed into the intake.  What needs to be replaced.  kpricha2@yahoo.com  Thanks!
