I have a 2002 Chevrolet Venture Van LS and the altenator...

I have a 2002 Chevrolet Venture Van LS and the altenator light will not go out, I have already tried a new altenator and a new computer but neither one solved the problem and I had each wire checked out.  It is a mystery.  I hate to have to go a GM dealer & pay out the nose for maybe nothing?  Any help or suggestions?
