I have 1991 Old 98. At first my air/heat  blew out of the vent but at a low pressure, even when set it to blow out high. Now my heat works but my air will not blow cold. I have freon, replaced the blower and checked the fuses.  SOmeone esle checked it out and said I may have a wiring problem. Do you think it could be a wiring problem, the compressor etc.? Thanks
