My 1999 300M has about 92,000 Miles.  every once in a while, after you shut the car off, and when you restart it in 20 or 30 min it sputters and misses and shuts off. I try to start it again and it doesn't start. to get it to start you have to have the car floored and then it misses for about 250 feet and then it works itself out.  Sometimes going from reverse to forward it kind of jerks hard and acts confused. Sometimes these 2 things are together sometimes not.  The check engine light is NOT on.  I have had the car since 78,000. I have had the car for about 8 months.
