I got 2 new forearm tattoos 3 weeks ago, 3 days apart by the same artist.

the are Greek writing either side that goes from my forearm to my wrist all in black.

My first one healed fine, but my second, although has also healed fine, their is a blueish/black shadow that looks like bruising but isn't surrounding the tattoo. I have tried everything i can think of to remove this as i know the ink cant be in my skin (can it) i have read somewhere that this is pigmentation staining and can be quite common, i have 4 tattoos, my husband has 24 and all my friends have tattoos etc and i have never heard of this

it has ruined my tattoo thou
