Moved from sea level to 3000 ft, 2000 yr model, 3.0 Dodge engine usually starts quickly, after the morning initial start now , the engine cranks over several times before firing.  Sometimes it will missfire and I stop and crank again for a few seconds before it starts.  Was never like this before? Mechanic put computer scan on engine but found no bad codes?
