I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW :

1)WHETHER FERROCENE 98% ITSELF CAN INCREASE THE OCTANE NUMBER UPTO 70 RON FROM 56RON BASE NAPTHA.

2) WHETHER Ferrocene 0.0332g/Liter Gasoline with TERTIARY BUTYL ACETATE 98-99% - @ 0.10g/Liter can increase the OCTANEby 6RON net when blended with base Gasoline  of 53 - 64RON. If yes, whether it has been tested and approved so far?

I would appreciate the two answer urgently .

Ferrocene 98% will reduce the fuel consumption by app 10% in allkinds of fuels. The Octane number is boosted,however it varies depending upon the dissolution of Ferrocene. Ferrocene does not fully dissolve in fuels and hence part of it remains in suspended form and needs filtering
