My parents have a 1-year-old Female Jack Russell....shes neutered and house broken.  Ive personally been thinking about getting a Chihuahua.  Ive read a lot about them, but i don't know how it would get along with the JRT.

Im recently out of college and work about 8hrs a day.  I wouldnt leave the jrt alone with the chi..but in my room during the day......i was even considering getting 2 chis so that way it wouldnt be lonely.  My fear is that the JRT is going to try and eat the chi/'s, because she already chases squirrells and stuff...she does jump on bigger dogs, ive never seen her with a small one

Also Im planning on moving out some time next year, so i dont want them to become too attached...

I hope that makes some kind of sense
