I have a 1998 Oldsmobile Buick (98),and the front driver seat will stick in the back position and will not come up.  I heard that the switches or whatever for this seat are in the bottom of the back seat, which is a stationary seat.  Am I wrong. I heard this is where you have to go to clean them off or something.
