When Dry Bulb Temp is high (60 deg.Cel.) and Wet Bulb temp is less (30 deg. Cele) then Rh% is less due to difference is more and by table Rh% will be less.

But my Question is :- when Atmosphere temp is high then wet bulb temp should also be high so that difference should also be less between both bulb so why in the table shows that more difference between wet and dry bulb is less humidity.
