wow...ok I can answer these: 1. She intrigues him. In the book there is the hint that she may replace Mischa in some twisted way, but in the end i think its because she is unpredictable, strong and intelligent. Someone who can match wits with him and never bore him. There's also a small hint that the fact they are both orphans may cause a bond. Who knows. 2.Because the movie Hannibal is a Hollywood ending and god knows the entire movie has its own issues. Also, the script was changed to suit Jodie Foster who was against the union of the two characters. 3. He doesn't eat his food raw because he has class. He's a gentleman and if he can cook amazing gourmet meals why not? 4.I guess this question links back to the answer to number one. And he is quick enough to outsmart the FBI so that's not so much a problem. 5. Desperate? Have ou even read the book? And no i don't believe so. 6. Several people most liekly wouldn't agree with certain things Hannibal believes in, but it's never been stated in either book canon or movie that someone said he was "wrong". 7.That's a debatable question. In MY opinion, he wouldn't give her a second glance, but others may disagree. 8.Most likely no considering his several opera outings with different women before his incarceration but also the brief conversation with Mrs. Rosencranz (DuBerry) in the book Hannibal stated she had a relationship with Hannibal in which he "knew how to make a girls' fur crackle". But it's not exactly stated if he is a virgin or not. Hope that clears up a few things...

I would first like to say that I am making these statements based on my knowledge of Hannible as he was portrayed in Silence of the Lambs and Red Dragon. 1. I think that Hannible feels a certain respect for Clarice and does not perceive her as the normal, "weak-willed" woman. She gives off an aura of innocence, and I believe that he finds it fascinating 2. I think the reason there was no "freakyness" in the movie Hannible was due to the fact that Hannible, despite being a vicious murderer and Cannibal, was a gentleman. 3. It seems almost savage to eat one's victims raw. Hannible is not a savage and therefore takes the extra care to cook and prepare his victims. 4. Hannible has respect for Clarice (As I have mentioned before) and I do not think that it would enter his mind to kill her. Hannible tells Clarice that the world is a better place with people like her in it in the movie Silence of the Lambs. 5. Now this question seems to be a bit vague. Desperate for what? Victims? Sex? I think that you have to examine Serial Killers that have been incarcerated and see that they never stop thinking about how they are going to dispose of their next victim, therefore there is a sense of desperation for murder that never leaves. The idea that Hannible is desperate for sex seems a little ludicrous because of his age and manner. A man of his age and manner may still engage in sexual activities,but I doubt that he is "horny". 6. Of course you realize that Hannible has become intelligent through years of study and learning. With that knowledge comes trial and error. According to this reasoning, I do believe that he has been told he was wrong before. However, I think it has been a long time since he has been told he was wrong. 7. In no way am I trying to belittle or demean the ways a person tries to earn a living, but I do not thing Hannible would regard a prostitute with the same respect or awareness that an individual who made a more "respectable" living. Again, I am not trying to demean the population that sell sexual favors retail. 8. I am sure Hannible has had sex before. I do not necessarily believe that it was random or promiscuous ,though.

Hi i'm a big fan or hannibal but there or somethings i'm not sure of. 1. Why does Hannibal have some much money? 2. Is the book or movie based on a true story? 3.Why did there make the red dragon and Anthony Hopking wasn't the main actor. Hannibal was better than Silence of the lambs. Thank you for your time. :)

1 hannibal obtained his money from some of his old patients and then stashed it all over the place (just in case he ever needed it). 2 I dont think its based on a true story but thomas harris used to work as a crime reporter so maybe he got his inspiration of a case. 3 Its like that in the book as hannibal's incarirated for his crimes. If u want to watch rubbish try manhunter anthony hopkins doesnt even play hannial! Hannibal's my fav aswell

There is no such lobe. Do you mean the frontal pole of the frontal lobe, usually removed during lobotomies or is it superior ie the superior frontal gyrus. I just havent seen the film in ages! Thanking you

well, 1.I started killing people for fun, then i found out that they tasted good too, so i killed them to fulfill my need not only to kill but also my appetite. Ive killed many people, and thats all u need to know other wise id have to kill u. 2.no there wont be anymore hannibal movies, im tired of them portraying me as some kind of mad man.

Actually there is gonna be another Hannibal movie.Based on the new book Behind the Mask by Thomas Harris out in November.yeah!!!!! i am the ultimate Hannibal fan so i would know.The movie is coming out next year and is all about Hannibal's childhood,so no Clarice in it unfortunately Or Anthony Hopkins(the best Hannibal ever).And by the way the question "is Hannibal a virgin?" eeeeeeeewwww why would you want to know that?

For that number four thingy. Hannibal's sister Mischa was killed and eaten in a savage way with bare hands over a fire. In Hannibal's mind, the people he eats (allways 30+ males) represents the savage deserters who ate his sister. So, by cooking his victims gourmet style, and serving with vintage wine, he makes himself superior to his sisters killers. Did that make sense?? So, Hannibal is actually the only Cannibal (that I know about) whose motive isn't sexual.

Hannibal kills 14 people and there is gonna be another movie called young hannibal showing him inn his early 20's and theres no anthony hopkins(apparantly, although it could show him having flashbacks dunno) and oh yeh its gonna be lame and ruin a wonderful series

you guys. none of this is based of a true story. it is not based off a single person, but many people have tried to reenact Hannibals killings. NONE, i repeat, NONE of the actual killings ever got passed one or two killings.

Ok, firstly, read the books. Hannibal and Clairce DO end up together. I rather hate that the movie took it upon themselves to alter that. The first poster was right with the hting about his dwad little sister, Mischa. That's one of the reasons he first noticed her. Now, let me ask you? If you were a refined gentleman from a well to do background who could charm the pants off of any woman, would you bother with a prostitute?
