I am a male. Recently I do not wake up with erections all the time. I am single and masterbate. When I think about sexual scenarios I am not getting erection. However if i start pressing the penis, I am getting the erection. HOWEVER NO PLEASURE. If i masterbate for some time , the orgasm comes out. THERE IS NO CLIMAX. Can someone tell me what is this and medication for this.
