I am married for almost 7 yrs now and have 3 sons,my husband and i don't get along very well,Sept.24 2006 I  was 7 months pregnant went back to the philippines knowing my Permanent Resident card still in my hand ..but i was wrong,my husband took it secretly .I asked him many time to give me back my ID card but he refused.Yr 2007 he came back in philippines to register our 3 mos old son,He told me that i can't never go back in the states if I'm not going to sign an agreement saying that I'm giving him all the rights to take all of our son and i can't get anything from him.without my knowledge he was applying for the divorce papers,he gave me a different copy of the one I sign,Can I still go back in US to fight back the divorce? Is there any chance that i can still get my sons? I am begging to please help me with my problem i don't know what to do at this moment...please do answer and email me regarding this matter .fiane_77@yahoo.com thanks alot for the help
