I receive emails with html or pictures in the body of the text, and they show on my screen as they ought, no problem.
Sometimes it doesn't work & I see the raw text.
The html I can copy into a browser & read, thus getting round the problem. Sometimes I see the raw jpeg file. This, if copied into a graphics package, is NOT recognised.  How can I look at these jpeg files please? (and no, it is usually not possible to ask the sender to try again with a different software package).
