Hey guys! I'm a 15 year old girl from Oklahoma. My mom finally agreed to allow me to get a tattoo. She is willing to sign a form to allow me to. I heard that kansas will do it for minors with a parent sig. Do you know of any places in kansas or surrounding states that will do it? LAVENDERTIGER09@hotmail.com
