I brewed a Belgian Pale Ale recently with a specific gravity of approx. 1055.  It was a Belgian yeast, but it was approx. 6 months old.  I also pitched this at too high of a temperature, maybe 100-105 degrees f.  It took two days and some areating of the wort to get it to take.  It never was really aggressive in fermentation and settled down in 2 days after starting never creating a lot of foam.  I checked on it today after being brewed on the 5th of Feb.  Should I pitch more yeast this late or take my chances bottle conditioning it?
