I am in a 17+year marriage, am still very much in love with my wife, she tells me she is still very much in love with me.  A year ago, she met a guy, and dealt with feelings for him, and eventually determined that she is in love with us both.  We all live together, I very  much want for her to be happy, and I don't want to leave her, yet I find I have feelings of insecurity, inadequacy, that she loves him more, etc.  I know in my head she wants us both, that we are different loves, but sometimes my heart and my negative side tell me otherwise.  I want this to work, I want her to be happy, I want us to be happy.  Any suggestions on how to deal with the "negative Nancy's" that overcome me sometimes?
