I have a 96 cavalier with a 2.2 the engine has no power. The engine will not rev up. with the throttle to the floor it barely turns 2000 to 2500 rpms. I have replaced plugs ,wires, fuel filter and checked compression, and the cat converter. All with no change, has anyone had a similar problem and what was the solution.
