HI,my daughters 3yr old male rabbit has sore red testicles and they are also dirty with his poo. I have started cleaning him with warm salty water and I put a clean cloth where he usually sits in his cage as I think it may be an irritation from his urine?? He basically sits under a bush in the dirt all day when I let him out. He doesn't seem to drink at all during the day only at night when he goes back into his cage. Maybe his urine is very strong and is burning his testicles area? I have noticed this only in the last few weeks. Just wondering if I am right? Thanks.
