1988 Malibu:
Amber lite comes on:   not always when vehicle is moving.  It usually comes on about 3 minutes after vehicle starts moving or will stil come on while vehicle is parked and running.  
Just before the light comes on when going down hill, the vehicle seems to free wheel until the lite comes on than the brake system kicks on...
What should i check .
