I have found that the best porta-rinx out there is from www.nicerink.com their portarinx products are the perfect portable rinx for the the backyard or town common.  Our city manager found porta rinx system from farley technologies in canada too their porta rinx is made with pvc piping and a pvc sleeve that fastens the liner to the pipe/boarder which seals the liner to the pvc boarder protecting the liner from shovels and skate blades!
