$1000 bill or bond from Confederate States of America dated 5/28/1811, is it a bill or a bond and does it have value?  It is #176 and says "will pay to bearer One Thousand Dollars with interest at Ten cents pr day  Montgomery...  It is signed by a register Alex B. something and Treasurer El(b) Elmorey
