How come I get the kb_keys.lst error even though I have over 4 gig of hard disk on my computer and it still shows it? Even though you said it was almost always do to not having enough hard disk space.

Yes, I'm having the same trouble. I'm about to email support, so if I get a response, I'll post it. PS: I have over 30GB free. I'm guessing "almost certainly" includes a margin for error??

i had that problem and it was a simple fix. just uninstal it and clean your disk and reinstal. easy
