Please can anyone provide any culinery recipes for marshmall...

Please can anyone provide any culinery recipes for marshmallow and also those for meadowsweet?  I can not seem to find any - apart from those for beer and mead.

... and there's a reason you can't find any culinary recipes for meadowsweet. It's _not_ a culinary herb. Sure, you can make it into a tea, but make that too strong, or steep it for too long, and you'll get fed up with the taste of meadowsweet for the next five or so years.
