I'm getting interference from a radio station on Cat 5e...

I'm getting interference from a radio station on Cat 5e unsheilded cable network causing disruption and slow speeds.
Is there a solution on my end that can help the problem? Do I need to recommend sheilded cat 5e cable or what? Please help.
